At Biotenic Pharma, we strive to provide high-quality training programs and services to our valued participants. However, there are certain circumstances where refunds cannot be provided. Please review our non-refundable policy below:

Enrollment Fees:

1. Tuition Fees: The tuition fees for our training programs are non-refundable once the participant is enrolled and the payment is processed, except as provided in our refund policy.

2. Registration Fees: Any registration fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant completes the training program or attends any sessions.

Course Materials:

1. Access to Materials: Participants are granted access to course materials, including online lectures, presentations, handouts, and other educational resources, upon enrollment. Due to the digital nature of these materials, refunds cannot be provided once access is granted.

Services Rendered:

1. Training Services: The tuition fees cover the cost of training services provided by Biotenic Pharma, including instructor-led sessions, workshops, and educational support. As these services are rendered upon enrollment, refunds cannot be provided for services already delivered.

Special Circumstances:

1. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, refunds may not be available. However, Biotenic Pharma will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants affected by such events.

Exceptions:

1. Discretionary Refunds: Biotenic Pharma reserves the right to make exceptions to this non-refundable policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions may be granted in extenuating circumstances and will be at the sole discretion of Biotenic Pharma management.
